At Opalite Jewellery, we’re committed to making sure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 HKD or $80 USD. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or major sales events), processing times may be extended to within 5-10 business days.

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming. If the information provided at checkout is inaccurate, we are not liable for parcels sent to the wrong address. If you spot an issue after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before fulfillment.

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for domestic orders, beginning on the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused and unworn
• Original proof of purchase must be included
• Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability), or for another item of equal value
